Sell Commercial Property in Ireland

If you are searching websites to find a method of selling your commercial property in Ireland you have come to the right palce. If you want to incur the expense of Estate Agents charging up to 5% to stick an ugly sign outside your business and put a picture up on their shop window then go to an Agent. Then the only person ever to know your business is for sale are those in the same area probably trying to sell their commercial property as well or those who will walk past the shop window. Not that putting you property in an estate agents window is a bad thing but really for 5%!!

When selling commercial property in Ireland as the market is still very depressed you need to get your commercial property viewed online across all of Europe. Read some of the articles below, e.g. did you know that Russians have never stopped buying throughout the recession and property crash. Did you know the Germans came out of recession over a two years ago and the Scandinavians never really suffered that much during the recession. So there are still buyers in Europe.

Has the commercial property market bottomed out, possibly not yet. Not great news you may think, but it could be worse, a bargain hunter is still a buyer you just need to align your price to attract them. If you can save 5% of the selling price by not engaging an agent then you can knock down your price. e.g. you have a business in an area and the local agents are advertising at €150,000 then you can afford to cut that price by up to €7,000, without losing AND that includes a €500 maximum budget for online advertising. For the first time sellers! just in case you didnt know the seller pays the Agent so you need to build his commission into the selling price thus he would get up to 5%.
